This is a program for people whos lives have been affected by sex addicts.
It is a great resource for betrayed partners and couples working to repair their relationship or marriage.
I see a lot more successful couples in program who go to COSA meetings and have a couples counselor, than those that don't.
COSA also has a few meetings called "HIR" where sex addicts are welcome to attend, although the rules differ from SAA sometimes
It's best to contact the host and be on best behavior for these meetings if you are a fellow sex addict. I view attendance as service work, as it has been rewarding answering questions and explaining what this disease is like. It's nice to be helpful to couples working through it.
