Welcome, I'm Stan and I'm a sex & pornography (PMO) addict.
I've lived over 20 years with this addiction before I could admit those words to myself, and to others.
My life has been improving dramatically since I have admitted my powerlessness over this disease and sought help.
I attend both SAA and SPAA meetings online. I will share resources for both groups here.
All SAA & SPAA groups are autonomous and self-directed,
so I thought I'd share the things that have helped me, and they might help you too!
